Moor Instruments 動物中風模式 Stroke Animal Model (MCAO)
大腦中動脈阻塞(Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion,MCAO)模型是動物中風模型的一個常用的技術。使用 雷射都譜勒血流儀測量可以證實大腦中動脈發生阻塞了，并且產生局部缺血。 以成功的手術產生中風的動物，可以使用新穎的治療方法測試並估計對中風補救的療效。 發表的研究文獻指出，監測的血流減少90%，可以判定為成功的中風性血管阻塞。 |
